In the same area, in the locality of Sarroch – Porto Foxi, there are petrochemical/oil docks with moorings for seventeen ships, serving one of the most important national refineries.

The passenger terminal is located about 400 metres from the security restricted area, in the Via Roma area. In the dedicated port area there is a bar, toilets and a ticket office for commercial vehicles. For passengers, the other ticket offices are located in the immediate vicinity of the port.

Road Connection

The Port of Cagliari is connected to the West via the E25 with the Port of Oristano (approximately 96 km). To the North West via the E25 to the city of Porto Torres (approximately 235 km), and to the North East via the E25 to the city of Olbia (About 263 km).
